Hyvin usein päivityksen jälkeen, etenkin 1896 tai 1899, tulee tilanne että pääkäyttäjän aktivointi ei onnistu. Näytössä lukee "Odota..." loputtomiin. Kannattaa tarkistaa että nämä seuraavat asetukset ovat voimassa 5F:ssä ja edetä alla olevan ohjeen mukaisesti:

Testeri tarvitaan. VCDS, OBD11, VCTool tai ODIS.

1. Palauta tehdasaetukset infotainmentistä

2. Avaa SFD lukitus testerillä (OBD11 tai VCTool)

3. Tarkista ja muuta tarvittaessa seuraavat arvot 5F adapataatioista:

- function_configuration_pso -> pso_function : activated
- Vehicle function list BAP -> infotainmentsettings_profile_0x50 : activated
- Market_and_brand_specific_preInstSet_of_webapps -> preinstallation_set_values : preinstallation_set_0 (saattaa olla myös 1 tai 2)
- parkingsystem_video_input -> carrier_resolution : 1392x656

4. Käynnistä infotainment uudelleen

5. Uudelleenkäynnistyksen jälkeen lisää uusi käyttäjä, kirjaudu sisään nykyisellä (rekisteröity) käyttäjällä/salasanalla tai luo uusi käyttäjä

6. Tärkein osa - aktivoi ensisijaiseksi käyttäjäksi. Painikkeen painamisen jälkeen sinun on odotettava muutama sekunti (valkoinen ympyrä pyörii). Seuraavaksi etene näytössä olevien ohjeiden mukaisesti jonka jälkeen kaiken pitäisi taas toimia.

Tätä ohjetta voi soveltaa myös muissa autoissa joissa vastaava Infotainment -järjestelmä.
 
Ciao, dopo l'aggiornamento in realtà questi parametri sono stati modificati, li ho ripristinati come indicato ma la sfera privata gira sempre e non mi permette di selezionarla.... ci sono altri parametri da controllare?

Did you delete all earlier users and created new? Try to delete car from VW portal also and re-create it there.
What SW versions are there in 5F Infotainment and 75 Online Connectivity Unit ?

Ciao, ho provato a inserire i codici che mi hai fornito, ma ora ricevo questo messaggio quando provo ad accedere. Il globo è sempre grigio e non riesco a selezionare la privacy.

In this case OCU may need reset and activation, also the OCU software has to be fresh for all things to work.

I can take a look at it remotely if you have VNCI 6154A or VAS diagnostic heads at hand.
